Kenlis Sircoulomb is a Member of The Management Advantage Consultancy cc (The MAC), a Namibian HR Consultancy. The MAC is proud to be associated with the HayGroup South Africa (specifically the Job Evaluation Manager) and Thomas International. Kenlis has had 18 years of experience in the field of human resource management, of which five years were gained in the mining industry, five years in the banking/financial sector, five years in the Namibian para-statal sector, and consulting/private practice for three years.   He is experienced in all aspects of human resource management, in particular the areas of industrial relations, dispute resolution, and training and development.

Professional Expertise

Kenlis commenced her professional career as a Personnel Officer with the Anglo American Gold Division and was based on the Free State mines. During the five years on the mines, she specialised in human resources administration as well as labour relations. In the banking/financial sector Kenlis was employed as the Training Manager of a leading commercial bank and entrenched herself in the intricacies of individual and organisational development facets. In the para-statal sector, Kenlis again specialised in HR Administration, including payroll activities, pension fund administration and HR governance.    As an HR consultant, Holger has successfully provided training and HR services to the entire banking sector in Namibia, para-statals, Ministries, hospitality industry, and a host of smaller businesses in the private market.

Education/Professional Affiliations

Kenlis has read a National Higher Diploma in Personnel Management through the Free State Technikon.  Kenlis is a full member of the Institute of People Management and has presented numerous papers at their annual convention in Namibia.
